Why should you buy with Deacon?

  • Streamline your search and contextualize the market efficiently

Buying a home is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make. It’s often emotional and for many, time consuming. I’ve developed a streamlined a system to make your time spent in the process efficient and judicious.

I combine your goals and my insider knowledge of the area with a data-driven approach to help you focus only on the homes that you feel will be a candidate for purchase within three to seven target neighborhoods. On average, my clients see less than ten homes before purchasing (in the last year, two even bought the first home they saw!).

  • Negotiate the best possible price for your home

My expert negotiation strategies have helped hundreds of buyers buy their home at the best possible price. With hands-on training from Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and over 8 years of local experience, I know what sellers want to see in a purchase contract and will advise you on how to write a strong, compelling one. On average my clients write on average 2.4 offers before they are in contract.

  • Provide personalized service and dedicated support

Who you choose to represent you is incredibly crucial in our competitive market. I don’t just show up at the beginning and the end to close a deal; I am hands on and heavily involved from start to finish, and will be your main point of contact from our initial meetings until after you get your keys to your new home. Working with my incredible team ensures you can view homes quickly and at a convenient time for you, and write purchase contracts quickly. Writing an offer typically takes 5 to 8 hours of your time. The decision-making process can be quick. We make sure you feel comfortable, supported and in the driver’s seat throughout the entire process.
